: For this study, secondary anonymized data were used, and permission to access the dataset was obtained from the Performance Monitoring for Action (PMA) data repository through the official PMA data access portal: PMA Dataset Access Portal. Ethical clearance for this secondary data analysis was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Bahir Dar University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences.
