: The study followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association, 2018). Ethical approvals were given by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (No. 2019–03626, 2020–04657 and 2023-04074-02). Information includes the voluntary nature of contributing with data to the quality register and the option to opt-out. By accepting to be a subject in the register, the women thus give their consent to participate in research based on the register data.
