: Ethical approval for all substudies of NePeriQIP was obtained from the Nepal Health Research Council (ref nr: 26-2017). Participation in the study was voluntary, and a signed written informed consent form was obtained from the participants before data collection began. The interviews took place in a separate room to maintain privacy and were conducted by data collectors with no relationship to the participants. The identity of the participants was coded for the analysis, and the code key was stored in a safe environment that only the project management had access to. Notes and audio records were kept in a safe place.
