Ethics approval and consent to participate: This retrospective study included patients who underwent IVF/ICSI treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University between August 2023 and March 2025. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committees, as well as the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. All patients provided written informed consent and were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time.
