Ethics approval and consent to participate: This retrospective study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Yongping County People’s Hospital (approval number: ypxrmyy1120250002) in 2025, prior to data extraction and analysis. The study used anonymized clinical data from existing medical records spanning January 2022 to December 2025. Given the retrospective nature of the study and the use of de-identified data, the requirement for informed consent was waived.
