: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.The opinion from the Ethics Committee of the coordinating investigator (Ă„rztekammer Sachsen-Anhalt) was sought for the final study protocol, including the final version of the Informed Consent Form. Notifications were sent to the Ethics Committees of all involved investigators.
