: This study was approved by the Bioethics Center of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Individual written informed consent was unnecessary according to the Law of Lithuanian Bioethics Committee 2011 []. This study was retrospective and based on database extracted records and medical documentation. Analyzed data had been de-identified. Administrative permissions of the Kaunas Oncology Hospital and the Oncology Institute of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences was required and obtained in order to review patient records and use the data mentioned in the Methods.
