Ethics approval and consent to participate

: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. This study was approved by the Peking University Beijing Cancer Hospital Ethics Review Committee (reference number: 2011101104), and all procedures were conducted in accordance with ethical principles. The written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. The written consent including the nature of the disease, its treatment options, and its possible outcomes was also informed to the patients registered for the study.
