Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The cell lines used in this study don’t require ethical approval. The studies employing CD14<sup>+</sup> monocytes and CD3<sup>+</sup> T cells from PBMCs of healthy donors were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Jining Medical College and the Medical Ethics Committee of People’s Hospital of Rizhao, and written informed consent was obtained from all donors. All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the recommendations in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals from the National Institute of Health and approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee at Jining Medical College (Additional file: Checklist S1).
