: Mouse experiments were approved by the Canton of Bern, Switzerland (Permit Number: BE55/16), and carried out in accordance with the Swiss Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. The Tg(mpo:GFP)i114 zebrafish line was handled corresponding to local animal welfare regulations and maintained according to standard protocols (). None of the cell lines used in this study required ethics approval.
