: The study was approved by the internal review board of the Universitätsklinikum Augsburg, Stenglinstraße 2, 86156 Augsburg. Rev_No.: 2014–3. All patients provided written and informed consent for the intraoperative bone marrow biopsy. An additional consent for the retrospective analyses of the data is deemed unnecessary due to the regional law (Bayerisches Krankenhausgesetz (BayKrG) in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 28.
