Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Primary ethics approval was received by the Western Sydney Local Health District Human Ethics Research Committee (AU RED HREC/18/WMEAD/281) and study researchers will obtain written, and informed consent from all participants, and the study will follow the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials guidelines []. Study data will be disseminated in peer-reviewed journals, at scientific meetings, to any organisations interested in translating the program and in the media. In any publications or presentations, group results will be discussed, and will not identify individual participants. For qualitative research reporting, direct participant quotes will be used, but pseudonyms will be used to protect participant privacy.
