Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study has been performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. The 15 participating centers (1.HSL/2.HUMM/3.HUCA/4.HUFA/5.HUMV/6.HULPaz/7.HULPrincesa/8.HUIGC/9.HUT/10.HUVM/11.CU-HVL/12.HSCSP/13.HUSE/14.HUS/15.CAS) had institutional review board approval, and all patients consented. The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of each hospital and the Spanish Medicines and Health Products Agency (AEMPS). The study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of Strengthening the Reporting of Observational studies in Epidemiology (STROBE). For human samples, all participants signed consent forms prior to inclusion in the study. This study is an observational trial without intervention.
