Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the School of Nursing and midwifery, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University with the protocol number 054/19/SNM and informed consent version No:1 on the reviewed date of February18/2019. Letter of request to collect the data to Tikur Anbesa Specialized Hospital oncology center administrators was obtained from the School of Nursing and midwifery, Addis Ababa University. Then, the oncology center chief coordinator permitted us to collect the data from the patient charts. Since the data was collected from patient charts (not from patients themselves), individual consent of study participant (patients) was not obtained.
