Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Patients are given study information by their oncologist and research nurse and, if they choose to participate, they are to give their informed, written consent. The treatment regimen will follow Swedish national guidelines and will not be affected by the study.Permission for the study has been obtained from the Ethics Committee of Lund University in January 2018 (ref nr 2018–13). The study protocol complies with the Helsinki declaration.
