Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was conducted as per the <i>Declaration of Helsinki</i> and ratified by the Ethics Committee of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Each eligible patient signed an informed consent. The animal experimental protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Animal Experiments of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. All animal procedures were performed in line with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals published by the National Institutes of Health (NIH, Bethesda, Maryland, USA). Great attempts were made to reduce the pain in animals.
