: Ethics approval has been obtained from the Ethics Committee at Capital Region (H-19031814, version 20, date: 2<sup>nd</sup> June 2020) and the study is prospectively registered at clinicaltrails.gov (NCT04263467). The full registry name is ‘High Intensity Aerobic exercise training and Immune cell Mobilization in patients with lung cancer (HI AIM)’.
