: This is a retrospective noninterventional study and all the data were collected as a part of routine clinical practice for diagnosis and treatment according to national regulations. The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, Gliwice Branch. Ethical board approval – number KB/430–06/21. Administrative permissions were obtained from the directors of oncology departments and information centre to access the raw data from the hospital medical records.The Institutional Review Board of Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, Gliwice Branch has waived the need to obtain the informed consent owing to the retrospective nature of the study.
