Declarations
:
: For the present study, only genomic and transcriptomic data for the breast cancer validation cohort from our previous study were used [CitationRef removed]. All procedures using breast cancer tissue samples retrieved from the fresh-frozen tissue tumor bank at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital Oncology Lab (Gothenburg, Sweden) were done in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Medical Faculty Research Ethics Committee (Gothenburg, Sweden; application number S164-02). Due to the retrospective study design and deidentification of the patient material, the Medical Faculty Research Ethics Committee approved a waiver of written informed consent to use the breast tumor specimens.
