: PANC-1, BxPC-3, and MiaPaCa-2 cell lines were purchased from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). SUIT-2 cell line was provided by the Japanese Collection of Research Bioresources (JCRB, Ibaraki, Japan).In this study, gene expression data of pancreatic cancer specimens was downloaded from the TCGA database and gene expression data on normal tissues was downloaded from the GTEx database, respectively. Clinical information on pancreatic cancer patients is collected by TCGA and downloaded from cBioPortal. This paper does not include any data on human subjects generated by either of the authors. Therefore, no ethical approval or patient consent is required. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
