: This study protocol was approved by National Cancer Center Hospital Institutional Review Committee (IRB).Modifications to the study protocol will be communicated to the IRB at National Cancer Center Hospital. The IRB will revise the informed consent materials to be given to participants and adapt them to accord with our institution’s guidelines. The protocol was amended as version 1.4 as of September 2022.Personal information such as name, address and medical ID will not be collected.The central institutional review board approved this protocol before patient enrollment. (UMIN-000040794).All patients will be required to provide written informed consent to participate.This study is performed in accordance with Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Health Research Involving Human Subjects published by Japan’s Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare and the modified Act on the Protection of Personal Information as well as the Declaration of Helsinki. This study was approved by the institutional ethics committee at the National Cancer Center on March 2020 first. The ethical approval was obtained from all participating sites.
