This study utilized a de-identified database, which according to the US Code of Federal Regulations (45 CFR 46.102(e) (1)) is not considered human subjects research. Data used for this study were licensed for use from Flatiron Health, Inc. The Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guidelines were used to guide the reporting of this observational study, and all methods were carried out in accordance to relevant guideline and regulation.
