: The study was conducted according to Declaration of Helsinki guidelines and was approved by the Ethics Committee of Taizhou People’s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University (KY2022-199–01, Jiangsu, China) and all patients signed informed consent forms to participate in the clinical study prior to surgery. The Ethics Committee of Yang Zhou University (YZU-EC-202112003, Jiangsu, China) approved the animal experiments of this study. All methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of the China guidelines for use of laboratory and teaching animal, and the experiments were performed in accordance with the requirements of Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments (ARRIVE) guideline, all necessary efforts were taken to minimize animal suffering.
