: The Scientific Research Ethics Committee of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University examined and approved the study that used human subjects (approval number: KYLL-2017(KS)-090). For their participation in this study, patients and volunteers gave written informed consent. Samples of human glioma tissue were taken during surgery on patients at Qilu Hospital. Due to traumatic brain injury occurrences, non-neoplastic brain tissue samples were collected from patients during surgery. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
