: The clinical study and all study protocols were approved by Clarke International University Research and Ethics Committee (CLARKE -2021-100) and the institutional review board (IRB) of UCI (SR.32/21). Informed consent to use patient data was sought from all enrolled patients as they reported to the clinic for review.
