: The trial has been ethically approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), no: I-23PJ818. Study consent from the patient in each center will be obtained by a fixed oncologist with experience in diagnosis and treatment of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia, who is an associate professor or above. Important modification will be reported to the ethical committees. Upon review, modifications will be registered at Clinical Trials and informed the participants through emails, WeChat and telephone.
