: This research is part of a collaborative effort of the NN Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology in Saint Petersburg, Russia, the European University at St. Petersburg, Saint-Petersburg, Russia, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer, Lyon, France. According to the Russian national regulation (The Order of the Ministry of Health N420 12/23/96), anonymised cancer registry data from the NWFD are collected and maintained in NRMCO for various purposes, including epidemiological analyses and international cooperation. All data analysis was performed at NN Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology. The requirement for ethical approval and consent to participate is waived according to Russian legislation on registry-based research in which the subjects are not in contact or subject to intervention. The ethics committee: Ethics Committee of the NN Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology. All data analysis was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
