All experiments were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University For patients: Approval No. KY-2022-015-01. For animals: Approval No. SYXK 2020 − 0230. Informed consent was obtained from all patients and their legal guardians for the collection of specimens.
