: This research involves a retrospective analysis of the pathological immunohistochemistry of patients. We firmly state that before obtaining and using these samples, written consent of all participants has been properly obtained, and the processing and analysis procedures of the samples strictly protect the privacy and personal information of patients to guarantee the confidentiality and security of data, and this research will not cause any additional risks or burdens to the individuals from whom the samples are taken, and the study protocol has been reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. All animal experimental protocols were operated in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines and other guidelines like the revised Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 and the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, and it passed the review of the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. Nude mice were used in the study, and all efforts were made to minimize their suffering. Cell lines used in the study were purchased from reputable sources and were handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
