: This study was derived from a Ph.D. thesis and approved by Ethic committee of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (Ethics ID: IR.TBZMED.REC.1400.842). The Ethic Review Board of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences reviewed and approved the informed consent obtaining process. Written informed consent form, was taken before the interview as approved by the ethics committee. The consent form presented to illiterate participant orally by the interviewer, and according to Iran laws, her fingerprint was taken instead of signing.
