: This study protocol adhered to rigorous ethical standards and received full approval from the Kurdistan Board of Medical Specialties Research Ethics Committee, located in Erbil, Iraq on 23rd January 2024. The research protocol also aligned with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki for Medical Research. As our study involved a retrospective analysis of recorded data between January 2017 to December 2020, informed consent was not obtained from individual participants. This approach was in accordance with the guidelines of Kurdistan Board of Medical Specialties Research Ethics Committee, which waived the requirement for informed consent due to the nature of the study design and the use of anonymized data.
