: The study was approved by the Ethical Committee of ASST Spedali Civili of Brescia (NP 5560). According to this approval, informed Consent Form was not required for the procedure of questionnaire development and validation since patients participated anonymously and no patient data was collected. Patients were asked to provide personal insights and experience with financial toxicity, and to evaluate the intelligibility and the completeness of the questions and answers of the questionnaire.
