: The project underwent an ethical evaluation and received approval from the ethics committee of the Vice President of Research at Iran University of Medical Sciences. The project code assigned by the ethics committee is IR.IUMS.FMD.REC.1401.206. The project solely utilized a commercially available cell line, specifically the MIA-PaCa-2 cells, which were procured from the cell stock center and possess an authentic certificate. As a result, there was no requirement to obtain consent from any patients. This research involved in vitro experimentation using commercially purchased cells from a cell bank, and did not involve any human samples or data from patients or healthy subjects. Therefore, no “participant consent” was required.
