: The present study was based on secondary analysis of publicly available dataset from the MPHIA 2020–2021 and therefore no further ethical approval was necessary. However, the authors were granted permission by the PHIA data team to use the data. In accordance with the declaration of Helsinki guidelines on the ethical collection of information from human subjects, all participants gave informed consent before taking part in the survey during the original study. Written informed consent was obtained from a parent or guardian for participants under 18 years. Additionally, respondents were informed of their right to refuse to answer all or particular questions, as well as to stop the interview at any time.
