: This retrospective study received approval from the Bioethical Committee of Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University (protocol #5, dated 25.05.2015). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines established by institutional and national research committees, adhering to the principles of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or equivalent ethical standards.
