The Medical Ethics Committee of Shanxi Province Cancer Hospital waived the requirement for written informed consent for participation. Due to the retrospective nature of the study design and the research data being sourced from the hospital’s electronic medical record system, which does not involve any intervention or additional risks to patients’ current treatment, and does not influence clinical decision-making, it is reasonable to exempt patient consent for this study.
