Declarations
:
: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the institutional review boards of the University of California San Francisco (IRB# 22-36452) and the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences. Additional authorizations were obtained from the Moroccan MOH’s regional public health directorate for the Casablanca-Settat region to access programmatic data for the NBCSP from its national health information system. The need for consent to participate was waived by the Institutional Review Boards of UCSF and the Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences because data was not collected at the individual-level, hence no patient identifiers were obtained.
: Not applicable as the study used aggregated de-identified programmatic data.
