: Ethical approval was obtained from the Research and Ethics Committee (REC) of the School of Public Health, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University (Ref: SPH/0019/2019). A verbal informed consent was obtained from all individual participants. The data obtained from the patients was strictly protected, which was accomplished by not writing the identification of the participants’ names.
