: This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee (METC) of Erasmus Medical Center, Rotterdam, under approval number MEC-2023-0200. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and local ethical guidelines.
: The TESLA RCT opened for accrual on May 12, 2023, and the first patient was randomized on August 9, 2023. As of April 18, 2025, 4 participating Dutch centers are open for inclusion and 67 patients have been randomized.
