: Ethics approval was granted by the Ethics Committee for Biomedical Research of the faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, Mohamed V University of Rabat, Morocco; under reference number CERB 12/22. Informed consent was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of the included patients.No clinical trials or experiments were conducted on the included patients. Our assessment of the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on Wilms tumor volume was based on pre-existing imaging and histology data. The neoadjuvant chemotherapy protocol, detailed in the Materials and Methods section, is part of the SIOP protocol for Wilms tumor management, was administrated under the supervision of the medical staff at the Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Centre of the Children's Hospital in Rabat.
