Our assessment of the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on Wilms tumor volume was based on pre-existing imaging and histology data. The neoadjuvant chemotherapy protocol, detailed in the Materials and Methods section, is part of the SIOP protocol for Wilms tumor management, was administrated under the supervision of the medical staff at the Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Centre of the Children's Hospital in Rabat.
