All the data used for this work was anonymous, the researchers had no information on the population under study. The institutional ethics review board from McGill University and Université de Montréal have approved the study. McGill University’s Research Ethics Board approved the data access and utilization methodology for this study, including the waiver of individual participant consent, in compliance with Articles 5.5 A and 5.5B of the Tri-Council Policy Statement 2 (TCPS2).
