: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (Approval number: B2024-775-01) and conducted in full compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All adult participating patients provided informed consent directly. For the four minor patients (P02, P04, P05, P08; below China’s legal adult age of 18 years), the informed consent was obtained from their parents/legal guardians. The data from IHC and NGS were retrospectively collected from the electronic medical record system, and the experiments were conducted in related departments in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
