: Human amniotic membrane (hAM) was ethically sourced to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. We obtained hAM following elective cesarean sections from healthy subjects who underwent thorough screening and testing negative for blood-borne infections. Prior to tissue collection, written informed consent was obtained from all participating subjects. All study procedures, including patient recruitment, consent acquisition, and hAM processing, were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Sheikh Zayed Specialized Hospital. We adhered to all relevant ethical guidelines and regulations throughout the study to ensure the well-being of the mothers and the integrity of the research.
