: The University of Health and Allied Sciences Research Ethics Committee (UHAS REC A.2 [] 22–23) and the Committee on Human Research, Publication Ethics (CHRPE/AP/28–23) provided their approval for the study to commence. It was explained to the participants that they might opt out of the study at any time without facing consequences. Prior to data collection, all the participants provided a verbal and signed the informed consent form. For participants with no formal education, a legal guardian or an appropriate representative of these participants provided informed consent on their behalf. This study was conducted in line with the Declaration of Helsinki ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects.
