: The magnetismm-3 trial was conducted in accordance with the principles of the declaration of helsinki and the international council for harmonisation guidelines for good clinical practice. The protocol and amendments were approved by the memorial sloan kettering cancer center institutional review board/privacy board as well as institutional review boards at participating sites. An external data monitoring committee was responsible for safety monitoring during the trial and carried out prespecified interim futility and efficacy analyses. All patients provided written informed consent.
