: The study was conducted after ethical clearance was obtained from Addis Ababa University School of Public Health Research and Ethical Committee (REC) with approval number (SPHE001/21). Ethical Clearance was also obtained from Addis Ababa Health Bureau Public Health Research and Emergency Management Directorate. It was secondary data and fully anonymous. Therefore, informed consent is waived/deemed unnecessary by the ethics committee (School of Public Health Research and Ethical Committee (REC)). However, permission to conducted the study was obtained from the management of the 16 health facilities after detail information about the study. The confidentiality of the data has been maintained throughout the study.
