: This study is registered in the Record of Processing Activities at the Research Unit of General Practice in Aarhus in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with Sect. 10(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act, informed consent was not required for this register-based study []. Further, no approval was required from the Committee on Health Research Ethics in the Central Denmark Region, as no biological intervention was performed. The need for ethics approval was waived by the Committee on Health Research Ethics in the Central Denmark Region, as the study used anonymized register data and involved no biological intervention, in accordance with Danish legislation.
