Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board of the University of Ghana, School of Biomedical and Allied Health Sciences (SBAHS/AA/RAD//10943325/2022-2023). Patient confidentiality and data protection were prioritized throughout the research process. All data were anonymized before analysis to ensure that no identifiable information was included. Access to patients’ records was restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in the study.
