: We collected a clinical cohort of 20 patients diagnosed with breast cancer (BC) at various clinical stages who received radiotherapy from Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki. Tumor samples were collected with the patients’ written informed consent and approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center.
