: This work is an ancillary study of the FRANCIM network. All the cancer registry databases comprising the FRANCIM network are declared to the National Commission on Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). French authorities do not require supplementary authorization for studies based on cancer registries and it is not necessary to obtain consent from each patient, in accordance with the CNIL deliberation 03–053.
